WH KC Winner, Officers Sword

WH-Officers Sabre of fromer Cavallery Officer and KC holder Peter Schägger ( KC on 16.9.1943.!). Sabre issued by „WMW-Waffen“. So-called „unattributed Model with Oak Leaves“. The cross guard to the front with Oak-Leaves ornaments and the backside with Initials „PS“ (Peter Schägger). The blade comes with double-side Cavallery-Eagle etching.

(This is the sabre,was given P.Schägger,to commemorate his Cavallery-time at „Reiter Rgt.2 Angerburg (East Prusia.) Afterwards he changed like many other Cavallery soldiers,to the Panzer Recces,and served as a Major of the Reserve, Commander of PZ.A.Abtlg.23 and was awarded the Knights Cross.). Extremely rare to find sabre, in near mint condition
